This is a 4 hour course which includes a Resilience Course work book, tea, cake and networking. It is a certified course, accredited by the Customer Institute. It's our own material, and is not run by any other training provider.
We have run this in B2C and B2B organisations as well as privately to individuals, so if you aren't backed by a company, just wanting to upskill, you are equally welcome.
You'll leave with a personalised resilience plan and tools and techniques to improve how quickly you bounce back after any kind of set back. We will talk leadership, grit, emotional intelligence, customer experience and all things resilience based. This is a practical, reflective course, where you'll take the book home and continue your thinking and growth.
This is held in our large training room in Cranfield. We run multiple courses across week days and weekends, so there are always places to suit you.
